The Vegas Kings beat up on the Carson Raging Bulls, 32 – 0 on Saturday July 31, 2010 in their final pre-season game. The game was a strictly defensive as the Kings “Darkside Domination Defense” scored the only points for the night.
The game started at 7:30pm, and quickly started to turn into a defensive showcase when the Vegas Kings Nose Tackle Sifa Moala caused a Safety.
The defense came through again when Kings Strong Safety Eric Brinkley Jr. scored 37 yards for a touchdown on another Carson Raging Bulls turnover, putting the Kings up 9 – 0.

To round out the first quarter scoring, Defensive End Leon Moore recovered a fumble, running it back for 42 yards and another Kings touchdown.
The first half of play ended 16 – 0.
In the second half, Kings Defensive Back Herb Askew returned an interception 16 yards for a touchdown, giving the Kings a 23 point lead.
While the defensive sizzled, the offense fizzled. The Kings offense could not find a rhythm during the game. The issues with the offense were apparent when they failed to score after getting the ball back on the Raging Bulls 12 yard line following another Carson fumble.

Later, a second safety brought the score to 25 – 0.
Brinkley scored again, by returning another recovered fumble for a touchdown, bringing the score to 32 -0.
That would be the last score of the evening.
The Vegas Kings are off next week, but will return to “the Kingdom”, aka Desert Pines High School, in the season opener on August 14, 2010 against the Southern Cal Bulldogs.
