The Empowerment Column (9): “Let’s clean it up”

Written by Rev. Thabiti

Purification of Path is the First Law of Nature.  This is why it rains, why the rivers run and why the winds blow.  Nature is always making the effort to clean.  This is also why we catch colds and why we all must visit the toilet regardless of age, gender, race, religion, or belief system. Always remember every time you are sitting on the toilet, that these laws of nature don’t care what you think or believe and that’s why you must sit there respecting this fact.

“Cleanliness is next to Godliness” and leads to a better life internally, externally and eternally.  We don’t get closer to Pure Spirit without going through some form of purification.  If you think your life is a mess, the solution is simple, clean it up.  No more crying over spilled milk, just clean it up. It matters not what others do, because the Laws of Life make you responsible for everything you do.

Cleaning is the dirtiest job there is, just ask anybody who cleans.  It is time to get busy cleaning up your life.  If someone needs forgiveness, give it.  If you owe an apology, make it.  If you are out of integrity with yourself and others then get busy cleaning it up.  If you have been contaminating yourself with a toxic and poisonous diet, start making better choices. The truth is showers and baths don’t wash you on the inside.  Neither does hiding behind cosmetics and deodorants. Cleaning inside our body temple remains popularly ignored and now we are suffering from every ailment and disease we can create a name for.

As we become cleaner, more disciplined and focused, more success will happen and more truth and light will be revealed.  By doing the work, we earn our Right of Passage into that greater glory or into the heaven on earth that awaits us all.

Just ask yourself this simple question: “What would happen or what would be the result if I seriously decided to clean up my life?” Hang out in this awareness, take action, and your personal empowerment will be inevitable.

Eternal Blessings,
