Oct. 7 to bring more art, entertainment and food, as well as expanded hours and parking to downtown festival

LAS VEGAS – October 3, 2011 – First Friday Las Vegas is already showing marks of new ownership, announcing details for the nine year anniversary event taking place on Friday, Oct. 7 from 6 p.m. until midnight.

Along with expanded areas which are more focused on different genres of art, the community festival will feature additional areas of art and entertainment, expanded hours of operation, and more parking and food options.

For the first event, event organizers have already doubled the amount of parking and shuttle service. The October Anniversary will also feature 15 mobile food trucks, including the popular Slidin’ Thru, Fuku Burger and Lovegrub Truck. Entertainment and shuttle information can be found below.
