When you begin a program one of the most important things you need to do is to train with the right intention. I learned this phrase and idea from my mentor Leo Costa and it has been the hallmark of his training systems for the past two decades. Simply put what it means is to find a goal or objective and then find a way to center your training to meet that objective.
In layman’s terms what you are looking to do is find exercises that will improve your ability to perform a task. The reason I bring this subject up is far too often in gyms, I see people who are watching a trainer with a client and figuring out that they can just do the exercises that person does and they will be okay. While there may be some things you see in that routine you can apply for the most part you have to take certain factors into place. Do they have the same goals as you, are they in the same shape as you, they could be more advanced or less advanced, do they have injuries.
Before starting a program it is best to get a complete checkup, and see if there are any conditions your doctor may discover that can help a trainer better help you. If you are looking for several new and exciting twists to put on your exercise programs, go to www.automaticfitnessplus.com and check out “Automatic Fitness.” Also we will be launching “The Automatic Body Balance System” which will help you get the workout of your life, while in the comfort of your home.

As a child I was inactive and overweight. That changed for me around age 13 when I became involved in sports. By age 19, I had entered the competitive bodybuilding arena. As a result of questions I was receiving from the public regarding training, etc, I became a Certified Personal Trainer.
For the last 13 years, I have been helping people with their fitness goals whether it is weight loss, weight gain or reshaping themselves at their goal weight. I enjoy assisting people by providing the tools they need to achieve their fitness goals. It is a privileged to inform and educate the readers of The Las Vegas Informer so that they can have the knowledge and confidence to reach their goals.
