National Women’s Health and Fitness Day is Sept. 26 but Shine Alternative Fitness celebrated early by hosting a Stretch & Tone class and a Salsa class for the ladies of The Shade Tree Sept. 19.
The team at Shine Alternative Fitness believes fitness helps boost the mind, body and soul and wanted to host the classes to give back to women in need within the community.
