Walk through the Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower in 2012, enter the area located adjacent to the casino floor near Starbucks and be prepared to be transported to the early 1900s in Dr. Havock’s Sideshow of Curiosities.
The parlor for adult guests is The Elixir Lounge, filled with bizarre mementos of Dr. Havock’s travels around the world in search of exotic ingredients. As good hostesses, Elixir girls offer specially concocted Jägermeister potions and test tube shots as a prelude. Then, if one dares, guests are invited into Dr. Havock’s Sideshow of Curiosities, an interactive and eccentric show experience exploring the clever, bizarre, sinister sideshow world full of startling visual illusions, freaks of nature and dark humor.
Dr. Havock is a charming but disturbing medicine pitchman offering his magical elixir and showcasing its “powers” with chilling characters and startling visual illusions.

Webster Dictionary defines sideshow as a, “small show offered in addition to the main attraction, as at a circus.” There is nothing small about this haunting magical experience that relies on the imagination in the tradition of Edgar Allen Poe more than gore for a good Halloween scare.
