When do pirates, police officers and the undead mingle?  At “The Halloween Party & Costume Contest!” hosted by Cosmopolitan Connections, of course.  The event took place on Halloween night at Via Brasil Steakhouse in Summerlin.

The ghoulishly spooktacular affair was hosted by Goldilocks herself, Yvette Brown, Founder of Cosmopolitan Connections.

“It was like our Cosmopolitan Connected came to party,” Yvette stated. “There was never a dull moment between the crazy costumes and a pirate who found himself handcuffed.”

Yvette added, “Who knew they would forget the keys at home?”

Cosmopolitan Connections partnered with the Las Vegas Informer for the event.

“We were super excited to partner with Joe Buda and the Las Vegas Informer for our Halloween Party,” Yvette explained. “We are always excited to have new friends and readers attend, and this was the perfect partnership.”

Joe Buda, Editor-in-Chief of the Las Vegas Informer, agreed, “It is always an amazing experience whenever we partner with Yvette on an event.”

“It was great to see our readers and staff come out to mingle with the Cosmopolitan Connected,” added Joe.

The guests came decked out in the finest costumes, which included Goldilocks, pirates, ghouls, zombies, sexy police officers and a couple of brides.

“I was amazed at the variety and quality of all the costumes and also the amount of guests who attended wearing a costume,” stated Yvette.

“The costumes were incredible,” Joe recalled.  “People really put in the extra effort, making this a memorable Halloween party.”

The next event for Cosmopolitan Connections is “The Young Oracles – Hair & Fashion Model Event!” at Lily Bar and Lounge.  It takes place on Thursday, Nov. 8 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“It’s featuring Master Hair Stylist XIS’s beautifully styled Hair Models in Boutikitou Fashion Boutique & Ana Zepol Clothing & Accessories, with makeup by Alysia’s Makeup,” Yvette explained. “We are giving away 20 Swag bags with professional Redken products, Euphoria coupons and a gift from Boutikitou Fashion Boutique for the first 20 Guests!”
