Hip-Hop star and actor turned business mogul, Xzibit hosted an autograph bottle signing event to roll out his new tequila brand, Bonita Platinum Tequila, part of the Bonita Spirits Company on Feb. 8 at Lee’s Discount Liquors.
“The support we received coming into Las Vegas was incredible. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to come out on Friday and see what Bonita Platinum is all about,” Xzibit said.
Chris Brown, CEO of The Bonita Spirits Company, added, “We hope that everyone enjoyed seeing Xzibit and discovering Bonita Platinum. We will be back in Las Vegas on March 2 for our Official Las Vegas Launch Event, and cannot wait to celebrate our presence in this amazing city.”
The much anticipated bottle signing appearance allowed fans to interact with the star and experience the product first hand. Xzibit and The Bonita Spirits Company are kicking off a 33-city national launch of The Bonita Platinum Tequila brand over the next 20 months. Las Vegas was the first roll out of the product.
Xzibit, rapper and actor, achieved fame in the West Coast hip-hop scene as a rapper, debuting with his acclaimed At the Speed of Life and gathering chart success with his follow-up albums Restless, Man vs. Machine and Weapons of Mass Destruction, working with high-profile artists such as Eminem, Cypress Hill, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Alice Cooper, Game and 50 Cent, as well as being one of the first out internationally, working with overseas acts such as Raptile from Germany, Bliss N Eso from Australia and Adil Omar from Pakistan.
