Executive Chef Todd Harrington has created a trio featuring traditional eggs Benedict made with homemade hollandaise sauce, a slow poached egg and hand-sliced Canadian bacon; a smoked salmon eggs benedict made with signature salmon lox from Michel Blanchet and crispy-fried capers; and a short rib eggs Benedict made with Syrah hollandaise and house braised short rib. The eggs benedict trio will be paired with a trio of mimosas for $25 per person. Michel’s signature deviled eggs, priced at $8, will also be served in Easter pastel colors to celebrate the occasion.
