Las Vegas Foodie Fest with White Castle continues at Silverton Casino Hotel this weekend

Today is the last day of The Las Vegas Foodie Fest at the Silverton Casino Hotel with an array of food trucks and vendors, entertainment, carnival rides and games. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Epicurean Charitable Foundation of Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Foodie Fest Food TrucksThe event will feature more than 30 food trucks and vendors including returning headliner, White Castle, who will bring triple the grills to make their signature menu items in Las Vegas. Celebrity trucks from Food Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel and History Channel will include The Buttermilk Truck, BACONMANia, White Rabbit, Vizzi Truck, Devilicious, Fukuburger, Jogasaki Burrito, Fist of Fusion and Fluff Ice.

The Las Vegas Foodie Fest will continue today from noon to 10 p.m.

The Epicurean Charitable Foundation aligns the hospitality industry’s affiliation with the community through support of the local education system, related organizations, charities and associations. The foundation utilizes the collective resources of the local food and beverages executives as a collaborative forum for the purpose of sharing ideas, knowledge and experience. The Epicurean Charitable Foundation primary charitable endeavor is to provide annual scholarship awards for underprivileged high school students seeking careers in the hospitality and food and beverage industries.
