Cheesy Cauliflower Patties

The Easy Chef – Cheesy Cauliflower Patties Recipe


  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs (panko)
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil to fry


  • Cut cup cauliflower, boil in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Put cauliflower in large mixing bowl, add butter and mash.
  • Add cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, and cayenne, mix well.
  • Coat the bottom of a griddle or skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Form the cauliflower mixture into patties about 3 inches across.
  • Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

Can use as an appetizer with dipping sauce.
Can be used as a side dish.
Can be used as a meal (Hamburger, cheeseburger, parmesian (Sauce and Mozzerella).
