Sin City’s hidden gem El Dorado Cantina celebrates official grand opening
One of Sin City’s best new hidden gems and Mexican restaurants, El Dorado Cantina, recently celebrated its official Grand Opening. Hosted by co-owners Darin Feinstein and Brett Talla, guests enjoyed margaritas, sangrias, specialty cocktails and a vast selection of signature menu dishes by Chef Paco from guacamole, street tacos, burritos, quesadillas, chipotle chicken, pork mole verde, shrimp taquitos and tostaditas de tinga.
Music was performed by the Rockie Brown Band and DJ Miyuki. ISI Group’s Dana Anderson and Phillip Limon showcased live art by artist Das Frank.
Guests included Corey Harrison of the Pawn Stars and co-owner of Beauty Bar, Jeff Beacher of Beacher’s Madhouse, Larry Rudolph (rep. for Aerosmith, Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus), Steve and Judi Siegel (Siegel Suites and The Artisan).
El Dorado Cantina’s incredibly flavorful authentic Mexican fare features cuisine from many regions of Mexico by Mexico City native Chef Paco and impresses for more reasons that one, offering a GMO-free menu with a wide array of organic options, and all of the food – beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, fish, produce and dairy are carefully-selected from U.S. farms and are free of antibiotics, pesticides and steroids.
