Event Marks The Fifth Time Tough Mudder Heads To Las Vegas
Tough Mudder Inc., the leading active lifestyle and endurance event company, will host the Las Vegas Tough Mudder on Oct. 29-30 at Lake Las Vegas. More than 5,000 participants are expected to attend.
Deemed as “possibly the toughest event on the planet,” Tough Mudder tests teamwork skills, and pushes one’s physical abilities and mental grit limits. The event challenges participants across a 10-12 mile course featuring 20-25 infamous obstacles.
Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course designed to pull participants out of their comfort zone. With no winners or clocks to race against, it is not about how fast you can cross the finish line it is about teamwork and accomplishing something almost as tough as you are.
Tough Mudder Half brings all the same thrills and challenges that a full Tough Mudder has but to a five-mile course. With no ice and electricity, it is the perfect entry level challenge for a first time Mudder.
Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder, a one-mile obstacle course focusing on teamwork designed for children ages 7-12.
The events will be held on Oct. 29 (First wave begins at 8 a.m.) and Oct. 30 (first wave begins at 9 a.m.) and the location is Lake Las Vegas, 2030 Lake Las Vegas Parkway in Henderson.
