Andiron Steak & Sea

Nestled on the far northeast corner of Downtown Summerlin, Andiron Steak & Sea boasts the perfect setting to celebrate the holiday with their exceptional brunch menu and Easter egg hunt that takes place at 1 p.m.

Brunch:

With spring in the air, Andiron will be offering their usual brunch menu as well as a special Crab Benedict dish served with asparagus and tomato hollandaise for $22. Guests can enjoy brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Evening:

If celebrating Easter in the evening is preferred, Andiron will be showcasing a Braised Lamb Shank served with spiced carrot puree and citrus gremolata for $29. Guests can enjoy dinner service Monday through Sunday from 5 – 10 p.m.

Hawthorn Grill

Opening its doors just last winter inside the J.W. Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, Hawthorn Grill has a menu featuring a perfect balance of crave-worthy steakhouse fare and American classics, alongside an extensive wine and cocktail program.

Brunch:

A special Easter brunch buffet will be served for guests to enjoy a wide array of popular brunch items including an assortment of pastries such as banana nut bread, lemon pound cake and chocolate muffins, salad choices include classic Caesar or salad with confit beets and burrata cheese, the charcuterie display features an assortment of cured meats, vegetables and rustic breads and a seafood display including jumbo shrimp, oysters, crab claws and a marinated seafood salad. There will also be an omelet station with ham, cheddar and smoked bacon and a carving station featuring meats like herb and garlic crusted lamb rack. The dessert selection features fruit tarts, lemon chiffon cake, assorted French macaroons and much more. The children’s buffet boasts classics such as macaroni & cheese, chicken fingers, breakfast potatoes and other kid favorites. Brunch is available for $58 per person and seatings are at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The children’s buffet is available for $25 per child. Children must be between the ages of five and 12. 

Evening:

In addition to their delicious dinner menu, Hawthorn Grill will be serving a prix fixe Easter dinner menu in which guests can delight themselves to a choice of one appetizer, entrée and dessert. The menu is available from 5 – 10 p.m. and is $59 per person. Items on the prix fixe menu are also available a la carte.

Hop into Hash House A Go Go for an Easter Sunday feast. In addition to the regular menu offerings of twisted farm favorites, Hash House A Go Go will be serving brunch, dinner and cocktail specials this Easter holiday.

Brunch:

Easter brunch specials are available from opening until 5 p.m. and include the following:

·         “Lamb Chop” Hash served with potatoes, lamb chop, roasted red peppers, spinach and goat cheese crowned with two eggs and served with a fresh buttermilk biscuit and drizzled with Bar-B-Que cream for $17.99

·         White Chocolate Blueberry Flapjack topped with fresh cream for $10.99

·         Crispy Pork Tenderloin Quesadilla served with flour tortilla filled with charred tomatoes, fresh corn, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, scrambled eggs and crispy pork on a bed of mashed potatoes and crowned with Bar-B-Que cream for $18.99

Evening:

Easter dinner specials are available from 5 p.m. until closing and include:

·         Wedge Salad served with homemade blue cheese dressing for $8.99

·         Hash House Mixed Grill includes a lamb chop, a chicken breast and boneless Ribeye with sweet corn mash and Bar-B-Que cream for $34.99

·         Grilled Salmon served with sweet and spicy Bar-B-Que, goat cheese and fresh tomato on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and served with sautéed fresh vegetables for $21.99

Cocktails:

Hash House A Go Go will also be featuring festive cocktails for the holiday and includes:

Enjoy a family-friendly day at Summerlin’s most popular restaurant’s 5th Annual Honey Salt Easter egg hunt and brunch.  Now a yearly tradition, guests of all ages can enjoy a special Easter-inspired menu, paint-a-cookie station, egg hunt and holiday fun. Egg hunts are held at 10:30 a.m. and again at 2 p.m.

Brunch:

In addition to the popular brunch menu, Honey Salt will feature a Panini Cristo made with brioche french toast, house-cured ham, gruyere, berry jam and comes with a side of sweet potato hash for $17.

Evening:

Guests can enjoy the Easter dinner special – Crabmeat Stuffed Pork Chop with sweet potato gratin, Gilcrease asparagus and sauce Béarnaise for $29.

Dessert:

As a sweet finish to the holiday, Honey Salt will feature a Pineapple Upside-down Cake for $9.

Buddy V’s Ristorante rings in the Easter holiday with a special holiday-inspired menu that will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In this unique, buffet-style brunch, menu highlights include charcuterie and cheese platters, iced peel and eat shrimp, fresh salads including the popular Panzanella, soups, selection of house breads, and a carving station with maple-glazed ham, assorted Italian sausages and slab bacon. Signature brunch items include,  mac n’ cheese carbonara, chicken parmesan, orecchiette & Italian sausage, meatballs and other dishes, as well as breakfast options such as panettone french toast, roasted vegetable frittata, egg scrambles and warm crespelle with toppings.
